{"id":4092,"date":"2022-05-25T06:13:34","date_gmt":"2022-05-25T05:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staysafe.admin.ch\/?p=4092"},"modified":"2024-02-29T09:59:17","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T08:59:17","slug":"periodische-pruefung-der-atc-transponderanlagen-foca-sand-2022-002","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staysafe.aero\/de\/periodische-pruefung-der-atc-transponderanlagen-foca-sand-2022-002\/","title":{"rendered":"Periodische Pr\u00fcfung der ATC Transponderanlagen &#8211; FOCA SAND 2022-002"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dem BAZL wurden via <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationreporting.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meldeportal<\/a> (Occurrence reporting EU) zahlreiche Vorf\u00e4lle gemeldet, bei welchen die Ursache f\u00fcr falsche Alarme (ACAS\/TCAS \u00abalerts\/advisories\u00bb) auf unsachgem\u00e4ss ausgef\u00fchrte Transpondertests am Boden zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sind.<\/p>\n<p>Normalerweise werden solche Transpondertests vorg\u00e4ngig mit der Flugsicherung (ATC) abgestimmt (entsprechende Vereinbarungen mit Skyguide sind zu befolgen), und\/oder die Instandhaltungsbetriebe \/-personal haben spezielle Prozesse etabliert, damit nicht durch Transpondertests hervorgerufene Signale ungewollte und falsche ACAS\/TCAS \u00abalerts\/advisories\u00bb ausgel\u00f6st werden. Denn diese k\u00f6nnen den Verkehr st\u00f6ren oder gar gef\u00e4hrden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung von Transpondertests muss in der Regel das durch den Testger\u00e4tehersteller vorgeschriebene Equipment (z.B. Antennenabschottung) verwendet werden. Ausserdem sind entsprechende Testverfahren festgelegt, damit ungewollte \u00abtraffic alerts\/advisories\u00bb verhindert werden k\u00f6nnen.
