and all of that is important.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">But none of it matters unless we, as individuals, live and breathe safety.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">True safety doesn&#8217;t start with a checklist &#8211; it starts with awareness.<\/li>\n<li data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">It\u2019s not just something you do at work &#8211; it\u2019s something you carry with you.<\/li>\n<li data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">It\u2019s not just about having the right tools &#8211; it\u2019s about having the right mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">You can have the most sophisticated safety procedures in place, but if people don\u2019t believe in them, trust them, or feel empowered to speak up, those procedures won\u2019t be enough.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\"><strong>Safety leadership beginss with personal responabiliy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Whether you&#8217;re a pilot, technician, dispatcher, ramp agent, or CEO &#8211; how you think about safety shapes your actions and influences those around you.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">We need to keep investing in systems and structures &#8211;
