Comme le vent entrait dans la voile et me tirait fortement sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 et dans la pente, je me suis fait une grave entorse et je me suis m\u00eame cass\u00e9 l\u2019astragale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lesson learned:<\/strong> <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Depuis, je ne d\u00e9colle qu\u2019avec des chaussures de marche montantes qui prot\u00e8gent et stabilisent les chevilles. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As-tu aussi une experience que tu pourrais partager avec d\u2019autres pilotes?
