J\u2019avais profit\u00e9 d\u2019un jour de cong\u00e9 pour effectuer un vol de Berne \u00e0 Saanen en compagnie d\u2019un ami qui n\u2019avait aucune formation de pilote. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o semblait OK sur l\u2019itin\u00e9raire pr\u00e9vu. En fin d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, alors que nous nous appr\u00eations \u00e0 repartir pour revenir \u00e0 notre point de d\u00e9part, nous constat\u00e2mes que la n\u00e9bulosit\u00e9 \u00e9tait bien plus importante que pr\u00e9vu. Aussi, je d\u00e9cidai de faire un d\u00e9tour par la Gruy\u00e8re et Fribourg au lieu de mettre le cap directement sur Bern-Belp.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 peine avions-nous d\u00e9coll\u00e9 que la visibilit\u00e9 devint ex\u00e9crable et l\u2019espoir de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un plafond nuageux \u00e9lev\u00e9 s\u2019envola rapidement. Sans horizon artificiel, je savais parfaitement que nous nous perdrions si nous nous engagions dans les nuages. Mon angoisse ne faisait que cro\u00eetre au fur et \u00e0 mesure que je cherchais un itin\u00e9raire de rechange. Et puis soudain, je dis \u00e0 haute voix : <strong>\u00ab Je fais demi-tour ! \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision me lib\u00e9ra d\u2019un poids, je me sentais \u00e0 nouveau bien et ma\u00eetre de la situation. Je posai \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019avion \u00e0 Saanen. Peu importe que l\u2019avion d\u00fbt y rester stationn\u00e9 une semaine enti\u00e8re en raison du mauvais temps. Le retour \u00e0 la maison en train, sous la pluie battante, se d\u00e9roula paisiblement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lesson Learned: <\/strong>Depuis ce jour o\u00f9 j\u2019ai pris conscience que j\u2019aimais voler mais que personne ne m\u2018y obligeait, j\u2019ai appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 plus d\u2019une reprises la r\u00e8gle suivante : \u00ab Mieux vaut rebrousser chemin que de s\u2019ent\u00eater \u00e0 respecter un plan pr\u00e9\u00e9tabli \u00bb.
