Cette transition est dict\u00e9e par le r\u00e8glement d\u2019ex\u00e9cution (UE) n\u00b0 1079\/2012 \u00e9tablissant des sp\u00e9cifications relatives \u00e0 l\u2019espacement des canaux de communication vocale pour le ciel unique europ\u00e9en.
