La Commission europ\u00e9enne souhaite aujourd\u2019hui \u00e9valuer la validit\u00e9 et la viabilit\u00e9 de cette obligation de compte rendu en vigueur depuis maintenant cinq ans. \u00c0 cette fin, elle organise un sondage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la pertinence et la coh\u00e9rence de la r\u00e9glementation et de d\u00e9terminer si elle apporte une r\u00e9elle plus-value.<\/p>\n<p>Le public et les milieux concern\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 donner leur avis.
