Chaque jour, ce sont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100000 d\u00e9cisions qu\u2019il nous incombe de prendre. La plupart d\u2019entre elles sans y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Il en va diff\u00e9remment aux commandes d\u2019un a\u00e9ronef. Ce n\u2019est un secret pour personne que la plupart des accidents sont caus\u00e9s par une erreur humaine, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire par les actions et les d\u00e9cisions du pilote. Ce constat qui peut para\u00eetre banal rev\u00eat d&#8217;autant plus d\u2019importance pour les pilotes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Chaque vol consiste en une cha\u00eene de d\u00e9cisions. Mais les d\u00e9cisions n\u2019ont pas toutes le m\u00eame impact. Certaines exigent que le pilote \u00e9labore une marche \u00e0 suivre \u00e0 partir des renseignements disponibles. D\u2019autres, en revanche, sont d\u2019une importance fondamentale et ont une grande port\u00e9e. Elles doivent parfois \u00eatre prononc\u00e9es \u00e0 haute voix. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle les d\u00e9cisions oui\/non (go no-go en anglais). Il est donc d\u2019autant plus important que le pilote soit toujours au fait de la situation et qu\u2019il soit en mesure d\u2019identifier \u00e0 temps les circonstances qui exigent une d\u00e9cision.<\/div>\n<p>Certains d\u2019entre vous trouveront la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easa.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/dfu\/EGAST_Brochure_Decision-making_low_110404.pdf\">le petit guide de d\u00e9cision<\/a> (en anglais) bien ennuyeux.
