La majorit\u00e9, cependant, joue la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et fait un grand arc de cercle autour de la zone. L&#8217;illustration ci-dessous montre que le pilote d&#8217;un jet d&#8217;affaires n&#8217;a ni communiqu\u00e9 par radio ni vol\u00e9 autour de la zone dangereuse.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En septembre dernier, l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien suisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019un incident plus fr\u00e9quent qu\u2019on ne le pense. Malgr\u00e9 une publication dans le DABS et un avis de Skyguide \u00ab DELTA \u00bb, un pilote d&#8217;avion d&#8217;affaires a en effet d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de survoler une zone de tir active\u2026 Heureusement\u00a0 pour lui, une halte au feu venait d\u2019\u00eatre ordonn\u00e9e. Ce cas est loin d\u2019\u00eatre isol\u00e9 : le DDPS a enregistr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 40 travers\u00e9es de zones de tir actives au cours des 12 derniers mois.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Le survol d&#8217;une zone de tir active ne constitue pas une infraction aux r\u00e8gles de l&#8217;espace a\u00e9rien. N\u00e9anmoins, un pilote doit \u00eatre conscient qu&#8217;il expose d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment sa vie et celle de ses passagers \u00e0 un risque.
