Il s&#8217;agit soit d&#8217;inspections de navigabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8res pour la d\u00e9livrance\/prorogation de certificats de navigabilit\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurs, soit d&#8217;inspections al\u00e9atoires (\u00e9galement des inspections au sol). Le nombre de plaintes relatives aux inspections est en baisse par rapport aux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (depuis que les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s statistiquement). Cette tendance est particuli\u00e8rement visible dans le domaine des inspections au sol. Ce type d&#8217;inspection n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 en Suisse que relativement peu de temps apr\u00e8s l&#8217;adoption de la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne (AESA) et a d&#8217;abord rencontr\u00e9 l&#8217;incompr\u00e9hension et l&#8217;opposition de l&#8217;aviation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. \u00c0 l&#8217;occasion de ces inspections, on v\u00e9rifie notamment les documents de bord, les licences (y compris m\u00e9dicales), l&#8217;\u00e9tat technique \u00e9vident de l&#8217;avion, mais aussi la pr\u00e9paration du vol (par exemple, le &#8220;weight&amp;balance&#8221;). Les contr\u00f4les al\u00e9atoires sur l&#8217;aire de trafic se terminent souvent par un \u00e9change pratique, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des conseils et des astuces pratiques pour les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;avions et les pilotes, de sorte que ces rencontres avec l&#8217;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l&#8217;aviation civile ne sont plus accept\u00e9es comme du harc\u00e8lement aujourd&#8217;hui. Il est rare aujourd&#8217;hui que des pilotes voyagent sans les papiers d&#8217;embarquement ou la licence n\u00e9cessaires.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les \u00e9valuations, en particulier les contr\u00f4les de navigabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9guliers, sugg\u00e8rent que l&#8217;\u00e9tat technique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des avions suisses devient plus ou moins constant, voire meilleur. Les d\u00e9ficiences identifi\u00e9es (&#8220;constatations&#8221;) portent principalement sur l&#8217;insuffisance de la documentation et des preuves, par exemple des changements\/modifications apport\u00e9s aux a\u00e9ronefs ou aux consignes de navigabilit\u00e9, ou les d\u00e9ficiences ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trait \u00e0 la gestion de la navigabilit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;OFAC (Section du mat\u00e9riel de vol pour la navigabilit\u00e9) teste la navigabilit\u00e9 des avions, des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res et des montgolfi\u00e8res.
