(1\/3) &#8211; MIL CTR Crossing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une s\u00e9rie de rapprochements dangereux entre a\u00e9ronefs en vol IFR et a\u00e9ronefs en vol VFR se sont produits par la pass\u00e9 aux abords des a\u00e9rodromes, notamment parce que les pilotes avaient une vision erron\u00e9e du r\u00f4le du contr\u00f4le de la circulation a\u00e9rienne dans l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien de classe D. Ce qu\u2019illustre tr\u00e8s bien le rapport final n\u00b0 2167 du Service suisse d\u2019enqu\u00eate de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SESE) https:\/\/www.sust.admin.ch\/inhalte\/AV-&#8230; en prenant appui sur un cas concret. Pour les besoins de son enqu\u00eate, le SESE a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un sondage anonyme, lequel a montr\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 des sond\u00e9s ne comprenait pas les \u00e9l\u00e9ments et r\u00e8gles essentiels relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien de classe D.<\/p>\n<p>Les pilotes \u00e9prouvent un faux sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et pensent souvent &#8211; \u00e0 tort &#8211; que la s\u00e9paration est assur\u00e9e dans l\u2019espace D. Face \u00e0 ce constat, qui d\u00e9note un important d\u00e9ficit de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le SESE a formul\u00e9 plusieurs recommandations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de trois clips, nous souhaitons sensibiliser les pilotes aux points \u00e0 observer lorsqu\u2019ils circulent dans un espace a\u00e9rien de classe D.
