Dans les \u00c9tats membres de l&#8217;AESA, on d\u00e9nombre en moyenne six collisions mortelles par an, qui co\u00fbtent tragiquement la vie \u00e0 13 personnes chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Voir et \u00e9viter (see and avoid) est la premi\u00e8re r\u00e8gle \u00e0 respecter pour pr\u00e9venir les collisions en vol. Les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;information sur le trafic et d&#8217;alerte de collision bas\u00e9s sur la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique constituent un compl\u00e9ment important \u00e0 l&#8217;application de ce principe. Que tu pilotes un avion, un planeur, un ballon, un parapente ou tout autre type d&#8217;a\u00e9ronef, il est important que tu sois \u00e9galement visible \u00e9lectroniquement pour les autres.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, l&#8217;OFAC am\u00e9liore la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique (e-conspicuity) des a\u00e9ronefs dans l&#8217;espace a\u00e9rien suisse gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une harmonisation technologique. L&#8217;objectif est de r\u00e9duire le risque d&#8217;approches dangereuses (airprox). La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bazl.admin.ch\/bazl\/fr\/home\/themen\/luftfahrtpolitik\/fasst-ch\/technology_recommendation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recommandation technique<\/a> r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;intention des exploitants et des pilotes constitue une aide importante pour \u00e9quiper les a\u00e9ronefs avec des appareils compatibles entre eux et garantissant la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique. Une aide financi\u00e8re pour l&#8217;\u00e9quipement des a\u00e9ronefs peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bazl.admin.ch\/bazl\/fr\/home\/themen\/finanzhilfen-luftverkehr\/spezialfinanzierung.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le financement sp\u00e9cial pour le trafic a\u00e9rien (BV87)<\/a>.
