Numerosi incidenti e inconvenienti gravi segnalati nel settore dell’aviazione devono essere oggetto di approfondite indagini per poter valutare correttamente il loro potenziale di prevenzione. Molti eventi forniscono gi\u00e0 preziose informazioni per la sicurezza, anche se per ragioni di efficacia ed efficienza non \u00e8 necessaria un’indagine formale.
